I apologize for the delay in sending this letter. I have been swamped, and there just aren't enough hours in the day. However, I wanted to take a moment to express my great appreciation for the tremendous effort you and your wife, Cheryl, put forth in helping us search out and eventually purchase a new houseboat. You were not only patient, but also very knowledgeable and helpful in allowing us the opportunity to explore all the various options, before ultimately purchasing our 2006 Sumerset.

In addition, even after the close of our purchase, you made yourself available to meet with us and answer any questions we had. I even called on you a few times after that, and you were always very pleasant and helpful in assisting me. Not to mention the fact that Cheryl was very generous in helping us with the registration and all the other details in terms of paperwork.

My experience with Shasta Lake Houseboat Sales was nothing less than Excellent.

We originally purchased our Houseboat from Robert over a decade ago. We put our boat up for sale with a different broker. It was listed for nearly a year without a single offer. It was difficult to reach the other broker and response time was slow. Once we listed with Robert we had interest and offers within a few weeks. I learned a lot in this experience. Robert Pas kept me updated on a regular basis and we sold our boat for full asking price. In addition Robert took care of our personal gear and stored it for us since we were not able to make the trip up from over 300 miles away. On 11 December 2009 my wife and I purchased our first houseboat from Robert Pas of Shasta Lake Houseboat Sales. After many, many months of looking we finally purchased our first houseboat with the valued help of Robert at Shasta Lake Houseboat Sales.

Robert tirelessly helped us find a boat that was perfect for us and we're over the moon with our houseboat and its location.

We were looking for just the right boat in just the right location so we were a time consuming customer. In every case, Robert was a very friendly, happy professional. Robert's help did not end with the sale of the boat; Robert continued to help us with his valuable knowledge of owing a houseboat. We both feel Robert has become a friend and not just a salesman.

My husband and I purchased our first houseboat from Robert Pas at Shasta Lake Houseboat Sales in 2000. Robert has always been very helpful with anything we have needed when we come up to use our houseboat and ski boat.

We decided to upgrade our houseboat to a new custom houseboat in 2001. Robert had just received a new houseboat from Kentucky that he designed and we just fell in love with it and bought it. Our houseboat was designed perfectly for our needs. Robert was very helpful in the sale of our old houseboat and knows a lot about houseboating. Anytime we need something done to our houseboat or need to ask questions, Robert has always been there to help us with out any hesitation. He still helps us today on his own time and tries to fix the things that we can not figure out even though our boat is off the warranty seven years later.

Robert has become a good friend over the years and we feel we can trust him for any service that we need. We also have a storage unit at Dry Dock and keep our ski boat there. We live out of town and have had our boat there for seven years also. We feel that Dry Dock is very secure and well kept.
