I apologize for the delay in sending this letter. I have been swamped, and there just aren’t enough hours in the day. However, I wanted to take a moment to express my great appreciation for the tremendous effort you and your wife, Cheryl, put forth in helping us search out and eventually purchase a new houseboat. You were not only patient, but also very knowledgeable and helpful in allowing us the opportunity to explore all the various options, before ultimately purchasing our 2006 Sumerset.
In addition, even after the close of our purchase, you made yourself available to meet with us and answer any questions we had. I even called on you a few times after that, and you were always very pleasant and helpful in assisting me. Not to mention the fact that Cheryl was very generous in helping us with the registration and all the other details in terms of paperwork.
In closing, thank you again for all your help, hard work and friendship in assisting us throughout the entire process…and beyond. You were wonderful to work with on all levels, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

My experience with Shasta Lake Houseboat Sales was nothing less than Excellent.
We originally purchased our Houseboat from Robert over a decade ago. We put our boat up for sale with a different broker. It was listed for nearly a year without a single offer. It was difficult to reach the other broker and response time was slow. Once we listed with Robert we had interest and offers within a few weeks. I learned a lot in this experience. Robert Pas kept me updated on a regular basis and we sold our boat for full asking price. In addition Robert took care of our personal gear and stored it for us since we were not able to make the trip up from over 300 miles away.
